* Items picked up at Prima Supply or shipped to Kentucky will be charged KY sales tax.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK

* Payment must be received within 7 days of end of the auction. 
* Prima Supply accepts PAYPAL but will only ship to a VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS. 
* Prima Supply accepts VISA or MASTERCARD. Prima Supply only accept these cards from U.S. banks. 
* Prima Supply accepts MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS from U.S. banks.
* Prima Supply accepts PERSONAL CHECKS from U.S. banks, but will hold checks for a minimum of five 
  and up to fourteen business days before shipment.
* After 5 days Prima Supply will begin sending daily payment reminders.  After 15 days Prima Supply
  will issue a non-paying bidder complaint with eBay and relist items for sale.  Prima Supply may, 
  at our discretion, leave negative feedback as a result of failure to pay.

POINT OF SALE

* All used equipment is sold FOB Prima Supply's docks in Louisville, KY. Prima Supply accepts no
  responsibility for items after they leave our dock. 
* All new equipment is sold FOB manufacturers' or Prima Supply's dock at their facilities' location.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
-------------------------------------------------------------
* The Shipping calculator is only an estimation. Shipping may be more or less due to actual weight,
  incorrect information, or mis-classification.
* New items shipped from the factory are occasionally backordered.  The buyer should contact Prima
  Supply at (888)810-5043 if a guaranteed ship date is needed.
* Prima Supply will arrange for shipping at the buyers request.  Prima Supply accepts no
  responsibility of any kind for items damaged after they leave Prima Supply's warehouse.
* If items get damaged in route to the buyer, Prima Supply will assist the buyer with handling the
  damage claim with the shipper, but Prima Supply accepts no responsibility for any part of the
  claims process or the results thereof.
* It is the buyer's responsibility to open the shipment and inspect items for concealed damage
  immediately upon receipt. All freight received damaged must be documented on the bill of laden
  in the presence of the delivery driver.
* Insurance is available for items shipped via FedEx or UPS for an additional fee stated in the
  auction. If items are damaged it may take up to 120 days to resolve a claim and replace the
  damaged items. 
* Most items are available for pick up at Prima Supply. Items picked up at Prima Supply will be
  charged 6% Kentucky sales tax, but will not be charged shipping and packing fees.
* Prima Supply will store items for 30 days from the end of the auction. Prima Supply accepts no
  liability for loss, theft, or damages to items while in storage.  If the buyer does not arrange
  for pickup or delivery of items within 30 days from the end of the auction, a storage charge of
  $30 or 10%, which ever is greater, per item will be charged which will purchase an additional 30
  days of storage. After 60 days items will be restocked for a fee equal to the purchase price of
  the items and resold.

CONDITIONS OF MERCHANDISE

* Prima Supply attempts to present items as accurately as possible based on the information available
  to Prima Supply at the time of sale. Prima Supply reserves the right to correct typographical
  errors and inaccuracies.
* Prima Supply cleans, services and inspects used items before shipping them to ensure that items
  are in good working order, however some items may need additional cleaning or service upon arrival.

RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

* There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for a particular use. 
* All used merchandise is sold in condition described FOB at Prima Supply's dock.  Prima Supply is
  not responsible for shipping damage.
* All new equipment is sold with the manufacturer's warranty only. 
* Prima Supply will accept returns for 30 days from the date of shipment.  Returns will be charged
  a 25% restocking fee and any shipment, return shipment, or eBay fees which apply.
* Customer must call for RMA number and authorization.  Shipments will be refused without RMA.
* New items returned must be new, unused, and contain all original parts, accessories, manuals, and
  shipping materials.
* Used items returned must be in original working condition with all parts, accessories, manuals and
  shipping materials.
* Any concerns must be submitted to Prima Supply by email, fax, or letter within 15 days of receipt
  of items.
